Were a company in the Black Hills of South Dakota that specializes in sustainable forestry on private lands. Our timber grows slowly in dense stands in the highest elevations of the Black Hills in South Dakota. This makes our wood tight-grained and very stable. Since we�re a logging company which harvests around 700 trees a week for sale to sawmills, we can be very selective for house log customers. We look for straightness and minimum taper, and are careful not to scar the log during harvesting.
